Important Notice: Cellular Backup Service Ending June 15, 2025
Dear user
Unfortunately, due to increasing operational costs, we will no longer be able to continue offering free cellular backup on Smart-hubs with SIM cards. This service will be discontinued as of June 15, 2025.
What does this mean for you?
If your hub includes a SIM card, it will no longer connect to the internet using our mobile service after this date. However, you can continue using the cellular backup feature by inserting your own SIM card with an active data plan. This change does not affect local network connectivity.
To do this, simply follow these steps in the app:
More tab → Hub settings → Connectivity → Cellular setup
